Register for the CA Foundation Course: After passing Class 12, register online for the CA Foundation Course through the ICAI portal.
Clear the CA Foundation Exam: Prepare for and pass the CA Foundation exam, which covers Accounting, Business Law, Mathematics, and Economics.
Register for CA Intermediate: Upon clearing Foundation, enroll in the CA Intermediate Course. Graduates can use the Direct Entry Route and skip Foundation.
Pass CA Intermediate Exams: Clear both groups of the CA Intermediate exams. You can start your articleship after passing at least one group.
Complete Articleship Training: Undergo 3 years of practical training (articleship) with a practicing CA, gaining hands-on experience.
Register for and Clear CA Final Exams: After completing articleship and Intermediate, register for the CA Final Course and pass both groups of the CA Final exams.
Apply for ICAI Membership: After clearing CA Final, apply for membership with ICAI to become a certified Chartered Accountant in India.
